Legat Owen Wins Chester HQ Instruction

Date added: 09/04/2018

Cheshire West and Chester Council (CWaC) to market 55,000 square feet of Chester’s iconic office building, HQ Chester. The announcement follows on from the news that the Council is to relocate its operations to other corporate buildings across the borough, which includes maintaining a presence in Chester.

Located at 58 Nicholas Street overlooking Chester racecourse, the scheme was developed by Liberty Properties in 2008 before CWaC moved into the building eight years ago. The mixed-use development comprises luxury apartments, hotel, restaurants and offices. The office premises have been designed to a high standard and benefit from large, air conditioned floorplates.
