Aspiring small businesses and entrepreneurs attended Blue Orchids
‘Meet the Expert’ business breakfast event that took place on June 19th
as part of the prestigious International Festival for Business (IFB) in
Liverpool.
The event funded by Cheshire West, Cheshire East and Warrington Councils
saw a panel of experts that have all made the
transition from working for large public and private sector organisations to
running their own small businesses offering their advice to local businesses.
Guest panelists shared valuable insights and
experiences on how they have successfully supplied their services to all sizes
of business.
Organisers of the IFB 2014 are encouraging businesses to sign up
to the IFB Business Club so they can take full advantage of the festival.
Heather Hayes, Managing Director of Blue Orchid said "The IFB 2014
Festival is all about matching businesses to the opportunities that will help
them grow and thrive. It will provide
north west start ups and SMEs the chance to actually do business with leading
UK companies.”
During the event, Blue Orchid advisors also completed a free HR
health check on their business to ensure they have the latest information on
employment and recruitment.
