Boost Juice targets £10m in opening spree

BOOST Juice, the Cheshire smoothies and fresh juices company, is embarking on its biggest-ever store opening programme, and is on track to hit £10m in sales for the first time. Run by entrepreneur Richard O'Sullivan and his wife Dawn, Boost, which is backed by the Business Growth Fund, is opening seven outlets in the next six weeks.

O'Sullivan, who built up and sold Millie's Cookies before bringing Australian concept Boost to these shores, said one of his new locations, Manchester Arndale, has particular significance, ....
