Brill Energy, the commercial solar panels supplier, has taken the first steps towards supporting the new "Findit in Cheshire" Business Portal as part of the company’s commitment to becoming more involved in the procurement and tendering processes of local government supply chains. The company has now joined as portal members to highlight its position as one of the region’s principal energy cost saving service installers.
Having seen the outstanding success of the "Findit” in Birmingham business portal, Cheshire East and Cheshire West local authority launched the opening of the new business portal at Cheshire Police Headquarters, hosted by Head of Procurement and Contracts Anita Gibbs Cheshire Police.
This follows on from the extensive findings in the recent Lord Young Report which encourages more Micro, Small and Medium Size businesses to become engaged with Government bodies in order to fully maximise their business’s potential and to establish and grow their position.
Brill Energy attended with the aim of gaining a much better understanding of the business tendering and procurement process which was presented by Melanie Bryan OBE. The presentation provided an essential guide to enlightening businesses in the correct ways to develop grow and attain credibility and status with the consumers who play a major part in their growth and overall prosperity.
Brill’s aim is to be able to offer affordable energy saving technology to commercial enterprise that may have been missed after first inspection.
