Citibase, the UK’s largest independent operator of fully serviced business centres, is set to open two new centres in the North West of England.
The new business centres will provide a major boost to local employment with combined workspace of nearly 50,000 sq. ft. for up to 900 businesses.
Joining Citi base’s existing centre in Manchester on Princess Street, Citibase Manchester Old Trafford and Citibase Warrington Birchwood are the company’s newest additions, adding to its network of 40 centres across the UK.
Situated in Oakland House, Citibase Manchester Old Trafford will have 20,000 sq. ft. of space for up to 400 businesses, and has been fully refurbished to feature a reception, six passenger lifts and an on-site café.
The city centre is accessible in just five minutes via two Metro link stops closeby. Both the M60 and M602 are also just under two miles away, and there is a multi-storey car park at the rear of the building.
Citibase Warrington Birchwood is located in the Genesis Centre in Birchwood, and will eventually have the capacity to offer up to 30,000 sq ft of office space playing host to nearly 500 businesses.
