The Warrington-headquartered interior design and fit-out business said that a strong 2014 has created a 2m sq ft project pipeline, putting the firm on track to bring in revenue of £40m this year.
According to Claremont, the business will build on its 2014 performance, which saw £34m of projects delivered against a plan of £30m, the first time Claremont has outperformed its turnover target since the recession.
Key projects during 2014 included the design and fit-out of Auto Trader's 60,000 sq ft office in Number One First Street, projects for Liverpool Football Club, United Utilities' relocation to Haweswater House in Warrington, and the creation of three new offices for DWF in London, Bristol and Newcastle.
Claremont has promoted four members of its team as part of its plan to build the management team and expand its workplace consultancy and design offering. Richard Turner in the projects team, Lisa Flannery of client delivery, Simon Guest of commercial, and Ken Bundy in the creative department have all joined the board of directors.
Patrick Ames in design and Richard Brooks of commercial have also been made associate directors.
Tim Frankland, Claremont Group Interiors' joint managing director, said the business had £12m of projects secured already, with another £12.8m expected to confirm later this month.
He said: "The order book is much stronger now that it was this time last year which puts us in a great position. Given the longevity of the sales cycle, much of this year's work is the result of our efforts in 2013 and 2014 and it is testament to the team's continued tenacity and persistence that we can keep looking ahead with such positivity. We have £8m secured for 2016 already.
