Zoe McNulty has taken over as the new face of the Ellesmere Port Library Café. At just 21 years old she sought advice from the Business Growth Hub and applied for a start-up grant from Cheshire West and Chester Council of £250 to support her new business.
Experienced in hospitality, Zoe is keen to welcome all to her café.
