Pets at Home has taken 9,598 sq ft of office space at Stanley Court in Handforth's Stanley Green Business Park, owned and managed by South Manchester landlord Orbit Developments.
Pets at Home has its headquarters on the Handforth-based business park and required additional office space to accommodate up to 90 staff due to expansion.
The first half of the current financial year saw Pets at Home add 10 stores, 25 veterinary practices and 23 Groom Rooms to its portfolio. The full financial year target is for 25 new stores, 60 new veterinary practices and 50 new Groom Room salons. Pets at Home now have more than 380 stores across the UK.
Graham Harrison, head of property at Pets at Home, said: "We are pleased to announce our growth plans and have secured additional office space with Orbit Developments to accommodate our expansion. Stanley Court will be used as a base for administrative purposes as well as training facilities for our customer facing colleagues to ensure our customers continue to receive the best possible service."
Orbit owns more than 200 office buildings.
